The off street parking is a great advantage, ensuring a stress-free stay. the house provides plenty of hot water, ensuring a comfortable showering experience.

One downside is that the WiFi connection can be a bit spotty, with some devices and apps not working properly.

The location was perfect, just a short Uber ride away to the venue we were going to. The property was fabulous, very clean with excellent amenities. Jeremy, the owner, was a delight to deal with. The apartment had dedicated parking, a beautiful view of the green space, and it was within walking distance to the center of the city. The showers were great, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The property was spacious and had a playground directly opposite, perfect for our toddler. The host communicated with us before our arrival and there was ample parking available. The location was great, near the city center and a park. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and despite the cold weather, the inside was warm. The property also offered free Wi-Fi, free parking, and had an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. The express check-in/-out and VIP check-in/-out options were a bonus. we had a fantastic stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this delightful place.

The host communicated with us before our arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Although the Wi-Fi had some connectivity issues with certain devices and apps, our host had informed us beforehand. We also found it helpful that they pre-warned us about the TV not working, which was not a major issue for us. we would recommend this property to other travelers looking for a well-located and spacious accommodation option in Guildford.

TV glitch.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! It had three cozy bedrooms that were perfect for a family like mine. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer because we could cook our own meals and save some money. And the flat-screen TV in the living room was a cherry on top. it felt like a home away from home.

I have to admit, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the apartment. It just didn't give me the water pressure I prefer.
